Return Policy for Grim Bean Coffee

Thank you for shopping at Grim Bean Coffee! We strive to provide you with the finest quality coffee and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you desire.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info.grimbean@protonmail.com with details and photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to promptly resolve the issue.

Policy Updates

Grim Bean Coffee reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
